This edition of the RockVerse Digest highlights a few changes for optimization: removing what wasn’t working and creating opportunities for success.

Isn’t it humbling to admit that you tried something new and it failed? Well, that’s the case when the end of year rolls by and most organizations review their performance metrics for the year, as we have. A new feature, a new product/service, or in our case, a new vertical. We have, like most organizations, done a year-long review and we have decided to wind down our content creation studio, Stories By Bedrock. Our reason? We were forcing the integration of a highly capital-intensive business that just didn’t fit in our ecosystem. Lessons have been learned, ego aside.

Now, looking into 2026, we are checking out what features, services, and verticals worked, institutionalizing them and integrating better-aligned offerings for the benefit of all who are in our ecosystem.

We are pruning the RockVerse to create an invaluable and better-suited service delivery model that will anticipate and take into account your peculiarity and deliver quality at every turn.

In 2026, we are instituting governance structures, including a Board of Directors that will allow us to build for legacy beyond leadership transitions and economic cycles, while uncovering opportunities. Simultaneously, we are empowering more rockstars to make decisions that can positively impact the experience you have in our ecosystem, removing the “Oga at the Top” bottleneck.

It’s shaping up to be a very memorable year with a lot of work, but it’s looking good.

What are you doing differently in 2026?

Till we meet again!
