RESIDENCE POLICY
Dress modestly outside the apartments.
A maximum of 25 people is allowed per apartment; loud music must end by 10 pm (Applies to 4 Bedrooms Apartments Only).
No pets, gambling, weapons, explosives, or drugs are permitted.
Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.
Vehicles without plates or dealer numbers are not allowed on the premises.
Guests are responsible for any damages, which will be deducted from deposits.
Bedrock Residencies is not liable for any losses.

To extend your stay, please notify us 24 hours in advance. Extensions are subject to availability.
