In-App Deletion Process

1. Open the Bedrock Residencies app and log in to your account.
2. Navigate to your Profile by selecting the profile icon.
3. Scroll down to the Legal section.
4. Select Delete Account and follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the deletion.

Email Request for Account Deletion

If you prefer, you can request account deletion by contacting us via email:

• Required Information: Please include your registered email address and a clear request for account deletion.

Important Notes on Data Retention

• Data Removal: Upon account deletion, all personal data associated with your account will be permanently removed from our systems.
• Retention of Non-Personal Information: Certain non-personal data may be retained for internal purposes or to comply with legal obligations.
• Temporary Retention of Transactional Data: For compliance reasons, transactional records may be retained temporarily but will be disassociated from your personal details.
