Key Responsibilities

1. Food Preparation and Cooking:

• Prepare and cook a variety of grilled dishes (e.g., meats, seafood, vegetables) and fried items to perfection.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation for all dishes.
• Develop and experiment with new recipes for grills and fries to keep the menu innovative and exciting.

2. Menu Development:

• Collaborate with the Head Chef to create and update menu offerings focused on grills and fries.
• Incorporate customer preferences and market trends into menu items.

3. Inventory and Cost Management:

• Monitor inventory levels for grilling and frying ingredients and equipment.
• Ensure optimal use of ingredients to minimize waste and manage food costs effectively.

4. Equipment Management:

• Operate and maintain grilling and frying equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Report any equipment issues promptly to the maintenance team.

5. Hygiene and Safety Compliance:

• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards as per regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and ensure proper handling of food and utensils.

6. Team Collaboration and Training:

• Work closely with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Train junior kitchen staff in grilling and frying techniques and best practices.

7. Customer Experience:

• Ensure dishes meet customer expectations and accommodate special requests when possible.
• Respond promptly to feedback and adjust recipes or processes as needed.

8. Other Duties:

• Assist with other kitchen tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the Head Chef or management.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a chef specializing in grills and fries, with a portfolio of dishes.
• Strong knowledge of grilling and frying techniques, seasoning, and plating.
• Ability to handle high-pressure kitchen environments and multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

Education and Experience

• Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client-Focused Content Creation:
• Capture high-quality photos and videos for clients utilizing the studio spaces.
• Work directly with clients to bring their creative visions to life, offering guidance on lighting, framing, and content direction.
• Assist clients in planning and executing shoots within the studio for optimal results.
• Podcast Production:
• Record, edit, and produce professional-quality podcasts for clients and internal projects.
• Assist with setting up podcast equipment, including microphones, mixers, and audio interfaces.
• Ensure clean audio, consistent sound levels, and seamless editing for a polished final product.
• Motion Graphics & Video Editing:
• Edit video and audio content for clients and internal use with a quick turnaround time.
• Enhance content with motion graphics, animations, and other creative elements to elevate storytelling.
• Equipment & Studio Management:
• Maintain and organize video, photography, podcasting, and lighting equipment.
• Ensure studio spaces are optimized and ready for client use, including setups for podcasts, photo shoots, and video projects.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
